Hyo Sign and HyoNova
How are Hyo Sign and HyoNova related?
Hyo Sign is HyoNova's electronic signature product. This site presents it; your account, billing and usage live in HyoNova at app.hyonova.com.
Do I need a separate account?
No. Sign up for a HyoNova company account, or sign in to the one you have, and Hyo Sign is already in your workspace.
Is there a separate Hyo Sign subscription?
No. Hyo Sign is included in the Free, Basic, Business and Enterprise plans. You only buy envelope packs when you send more.
Can my company use only Hyo Sign?
Yes. Start a company on the Free plan and use Hyo Sign on its own. The rest of HyoNova is there whenever you want it.
Signing
Do signers need an account?
No. External signers sign from their personal email link. Company members can also sign inside the workspace without a link.
How do signers prove it is them?
By opening their personal link, and optionally by confirming a six-digit code sent to the same email address. Hyo Sign does not verify government identity.
Can people sign in Arabic on a phone?
Yes. The signing page works on phones, tablets and computers, in Arabic right to left or in English.
Can several people sign in a set order?
Yes. Give each recipient an order number: the same number signs in parallel, higher numbers wait for everyone before them.
What if someone refuses to sign?
They can decline, with a reason if your company requires one. The request stops for everyone and you are told.
Evidence and legal use
What do I receive when everyone has signed?
The signed PDF, a bilingual certificate of completion with a QR code, and an evidence package with the event chain and its seal.
How does someone check that a document is genuine?
The certificate's QR code opens a public verification page. Anyone can confirm the record there and check a PDF against it; the file is checked in the browser and never uploaded.
Is a Hyo Sign signature legally valid?
Hyo Sign creates simple electronic signatures with an evidence record. Whether one suits a specific document depends on the law that applies to it; some documents may require another form of signature. HyoNova does not give legal advice.
Is it a qualified electronic signature?
No. It is not a qualified (QES) or advanced (AES) electronic signature under eIDAS, and it does not add an independent trusted timestamp.
Envelopes and pricing
What is an envelope?
One signature request sent through Hyo Sign. It uses one envelope whether one person or several people sign it, and it can hold up to 10 PDFs.
Do promotional envelopes renew every month?
No. They are granted once per company: 2 on Free, 10 on Basic and 25 on Business. An upgrade adds only the difference.
Do envelope packs expire?
Purchased packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Promotional envelopes do not expire.
What happens when my envelopes run out?
New requests wait until you add a pack in HyoNova Billing. Drafts, templates and completed agreements are kept.
