How envelopes work
One envelope, one request
1 envelope = 1 signature request sent, whatever the number of signers. A contract signed by three people uses one envelope.
The extras are free
Reminders, the certificate of completion, the evidence package and public verification cost nothing extra.
Signers are not seats
External signers, approvers and viewers never use a licensed seat or need an account.
Envelopes that last
Promotional envelopes do not expire, and purchased packs stay valid for 12 months.
Up to 10 documents
One request can hold up to 10 PDFs and 50 recipients, and still uses one envelope.
Nothing is lost
If your envelopes run out, drafts and completed agreements stay where they are until you add a pack.
