Most signature tools are sold per user per month, with an envelope allowance attached to each seat. Hyo Sign comes with every HyoNova plan, Free included, and you add envelope packs only when you send more.

No. External signers open their personal link from the email and, if you ask for it, confirm a one-time code sent to the same address. They never need a HyoNova account.
Yes. You choose English or Arabic for each recipient. The Arabic signing page and emails read right to left, and the certificate of completion is bilingual.
Hyo Sign creates simple electronic signatures with an evidence record. Many countries recognise electronic signatures, but whether one suits a specific document depends on the law that applies to it. Check regulated documents with your legal adviser.
